The Catskill Project is a carbon neutral real estate development in Upstate New York. At the start of the project the plans for three models were complete, but there were no visuals. I assisted in sourcing a renderer and then worked with them to create visually compelling renderings that would bring the plans to life.

I oversaw the design and programming of the initial teaser site as well as the final sales and marketing site. I utilized Parallax, text-easing, and a stats counter with custom graphics to prevent the content-heavy site from feeling static. I created an interactive diagram that would allow the user to engage with the building plans and used an accordion that corresponded with a bisection of the plans to convey the technical specifics without overwhelming the user.
